Frequently asked questions
How BriHel works, what the Investor Readiness Review involves, how introductions are made and how we are paid.
What does BriHel Capital do?
BriHel Capital works with companies and projects seeking significant investment capital. We review opportunities from an investor's perspective through the Investor Readiness Review, identify the capital providers whose mandates fit, and make introductions to institutional investors. BriHel Capital introduces only and does not arrange transactions, provide advice, or carry out regulated activities.
Who do you work with?
Project developers and sponsors, platform owners, founders and management teams seeking £10m or more in equity, debt, project finance, private credit or strategic investment. Sectors include renewable energy, battery storage, solar, wind, hydrogen, data centres, infrastructure, technology, MedTech, and real estate and hospitality.
What is the Investor Readiness Review?
A fixed fee assessment, £995 plus VAT, of how institutional investors are likely to view your opportunity. It scores six dimensions out of 100, ranks the issues most likely to stop an investment and sets remediation priorities. More on the Review.
Is BriHel authorised by the FCA?
BriHel Capital is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not carry on regulated activities. BriHel Capital introduces only and does not arrange transactions, provide advice, or carry out regulated activities. Where a transaction requires a regulated firm, the parties engage one directly.
Do you guarantee funding?
No. Investment decisions are made by investors on their own diligence. We do not promise or imply that any introduction will lead to investment.
Which investors do you introduce to?
Infrastructure funds, private equity, family offices, private credit funds, banks and institutional lenders, strategic investors, and pension, insurance and sovereign capital, matched on mandate. How introductions work.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. BriHel is UK based and works with companies and investors across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, North America and Australia.
How are you paid?
The Investor Readiness Review is a fixed fee. Introduction fees, where agreed, are set out in signed terms of business before any introduction and disclosed to both parties.
How is our information protected?
Documents are held in confidence, used only to assess the opportunity, and never shared with an investor without your agreement. See the privacy notice.
What should we send with an enquiry?
Your pitch deck, financial model, business plan or executive summary if they exist. If they do not, a short description of the opportunity and the capital required is enough to start.
Do investors pay BriHel?
No. Investors do not pay to register a mandate or receive introductions.
How quickly will you respond?
We reply to every relevant enquiry within two working days.
